Service Engagement

HeyVinay provides custom software development, UI/UX design, and AI automation services. Engagement begins upon mutual agreement of a project scope and receipt of the initial deposit. We strive for excellence and maintain open communication throughout the development lifecycle to ensure your vision is realized.

Payment Terms

Standard projects require a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before final delivery or deployment. For long-term retainers or complex enterprise builds, custom milestone-based payment schedules will be defined in the project SOW.

IP Ownership

Upon full settlement of all project invoices, the ownership of the custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for the client is transferred to the client. HeyVinay retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and use general underlying components or libraries developed during the process for other projects.
